Wilson A. Santos, a passionate youth advocate and mentor, founded U-Turn Inc after years of working with leaders, communities and the youth they serve. His vision is rooted in compassion, personal experience, and a deep belief in the resilience of young people and the teams that serve them.

At U-Turn Inc, we believe no mistake should define a young person’s future. We exist to help justice-involved youth build meaningful lives through mentorship, skill development, and supportive community networks. Our name reflects our core mission: to help young people make a U-turn from hardship to healing, from isolation to opportunity, and from setbacks to comebacks.
Our Mission
U-Turn’s mission is to empower young people and their communities to transform their setbacks into comebacks. In collaboration with community and youth development professionals, we provide opportunities through targeted trainings, interactive workshops, mentorship, and educational support. By helping Youth learn from their mistakes and harness their experiences, we equip them to create meaningful opportunities and lasting success.
